LomaTools offers the following Returns Policy:

Loma Products Carry a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. All Loma tools are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials and will be replaced if found to be deficient providing tools have not been altered or misused.

There is a 7 day return policy but it does not include shipping going to, or returning. In other words, shipping will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for all shipping/delivery costs. You must contact us for an RMA or you will not be refunded. This includes refusal of merchandise. You will be refunded within 5 business days of the day the machine is delivered to us for inspection. The refund amount will be less any shipping charges incurred in the return of the machines. It must be in the same packaging/crate and in new condition for a full return. Otherwise it will be subject to a restocking or repair fee. We will make every effort to help rectify any problems with the machine/product. Please also be sure to note any freight damage at time of delivery before the driver leaves. That way we have better recourse to replace and/or repair the item.


Loma Tools Use and Warranty Guidelines:

- Use tools for their intended applications.

- Do not use tools beyond their intended useful life.

- Work Safe - always wear appropriate eye and hand protection when using hand tools.


All returns are subject to inspection prior to replacement. Contact us for an RMA before shipping.



Manufacturers' reserve the right to change specifications without prior notice. At Loma Tools we will try to maintain and update product specifications as soon as we are aware of these changes.
