Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.



Q: How does your return policy work?

A: There is a 7 day return policy but it does not include shipping going to, or returning. In other words, shipping will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for all shipping/delivery costs. You must contact us for an RMA or you will not be refunded. This includes refusal of merchandise. You will be refunded within 5 business days of the day the machine is delivered to us for inspection. The refund amount will be less any shipping charges incurred in the return of the machines. It must be in the same packaging/crate and in new condition for a full return. Otherwise it will be subject to a restocking or repair fee. We will make every effort to help rectify any problems with the machine/product. Please also be sure to note any freight damage at time of delivery before the driver leaves. That way we have better recourse to replace and/or repair the item.
